Welcome to your new and improved website. We have made a lot of changes lately. This section will document some of those changes so that you will be informed.
Book Online for Classes - January to September 2024

Online Booking system of classes completed

Students can book classes online, both for paid and free classes using their CAM card numbers

One database for all classes and complete trail from booking to reports and analytics.

Students can book online, check order status, cancel classes from the website once they are logged into SCARTCLUB.COM

New teacher calendar function to keep track of all classes.

Teacher updated with any additional students joining or canceling classes. But the student still needs to advise teacher if they are canceling so as to not be charged as a no show.

Students now receive notification of upcoming classes 3 days prior to class start date.

Teachers now able to view roster, delete and/or edit roster, check-in, add or delete students and print updated roster for attendance and payment report to be sent to treasurer.

Teacher able to do all the above on the go using WiX phone app.

Treasurer can now pull reports based on students in classes, prices etc during any given time. Reports can be exported to excel.

Additional changes to website during October:
-
- The About Us menu includes new pages for Board & Chairs, Instructors, User Groups and Gallery. All categories updated with staff pictures and contact information as well as job descriptions.

- FAQ section now includes a copy of the Recorded Online Booking instructions (written instructions to come) and this Website Enhancements page.

- Under the Book Online menu item is a new Student Feedback form to let the students provide feedback to your instructors.

- Under the MORE menu item, a new Teacher Information page that is password protected, info for teachers only and a new Class Request Form. Soon to come is a Class Change Form in case the teacher wants to change something about a class that has already been submitted, approved and/or published on the website.
