Must have some watercolor experience.
The fun is about to begin. We will be exploring the beauty of transparent as well as opaque
watercolor paints, specifically Quinacridones and some newer MaimeriBlu colors. We will use
various papers and tools to create different effects including sanding using watercolor pencils.
Unryu (Japanese Rice) paper will be used, as well as gauze and waxed paper. You get to try
Mop watercolor brushes to see how they hold water while applying paint. We will be creating
a painting using these different effects to create a unique image. There is no limit to the fun
you can have or the unique things you can try.
